Valagro USA is the US subsidiary of Valagro S.p.A. and was founded in 2000. The company sells specialty nutrition and natural bio-nutrient fertilizer supplements for Agricultural, Turf and Ornamental production.
Main product categories sold are:
- plant extract-based fertilizer supplements designed to support specific plant growth stages or characteristics
- pure EDTA, EDDHA and natural LPCA chelated micronutrients fully chemically reacted for advanced plant availability
- “cloned” homogenous, water-soluble and granular 90SGN NPK/micronutrient fertilizers

Global Presence
Valagro USA’s parent company, Valagro SpA, was founded in 1980 and is a worldwide leader in specialty nutrition and natural plant extract-based bio-nutrient products.
Following a series of acquisitions in North America and Western Europe, Valagro is now well-represented in over 80 countries throughout the world. Valagro USA, Inc., (formerly Nutrecology) is a recent acquisition and represents the US subsidiary based in Houston, Texas.
